As a platform engineer working for a cybersecurity company, I understand the challenges and security concerns you might have with browser extensions — or any software, for that matter.

Just like with other developer tools I’ve built [1] [2], security is always a top priority. Tentacle follows the principle of least privilege, meaning it only requests the minimum permissions necessary. All processing is done locally in your browser, using your current user session, with no personal data sent outside your browser.
